What is Emotion Code Healing?

Emotion Code is a powerful energy healing technique that helps identify and release trapped emotional energies from your body. These trapped emotions can cause emotional distress, physical pain, or blockages in life. By using muscle testing, we access the subconscious and clear these emotions gently and remotely.

What is a Heart-Wall and why should I clear it?

A Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier made of trapped emotions surrounding your heart. It’s your body’s way of protecting itself from emotional pain, but over time, it can block love, abundance, and connection. Clearing your Heart-Wall helps you feel lighter, more open, and emotionally free.

How does Reiki healing work remotely?

Reiki is universal life force energy that flows through the hands of a trained practitioner to balance your body’s energy. In remote (distance) Reiki, we connect energetically through intention, allowing healing energy to be sent across space and time. Many clients choose remote Reiki and other energy healings because it allows them to receive support from home. Experiences vary from person to person, and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Are remote healing sessions really effective?

Yes! Energy is not bound by physical distance. Whether you’re in the same room or across the globe, remote healing can access your energetic field and subconscious mind to release blocks, restore balance, and initiate deep healing.

How do I prepare for my remote session?

You don’t need to be on a live call during the session unless it’s scheduled that way. Set your intention to receive healing and stay open to the shifts that may follow. We’ll provide session updates and findings afterward.

How long is each session?

Most sessions last between 28 to 35 minutes, depending on the type of healing and depth of the issue being addressed. Some clients book multiple sessions for layered or complex issues.

When will I get my report?

You will receive a detailed report mentioned with all the information after every session within 2 to 3 hours after session.

Can I speak with you before booking?

Yes. Phone consultations and call-backs are available by request. Please use the contact form with your details and I’ll reply within 24 hours. Remote sessions are booked online and do not require an in-person appointment.

How many sessions do I need?

Each person is unique. Some feel a shift after just one session, while others benefit from a series of 3–5 sessions for deeper healing. We’ll discuss your goals and recommend a personalized plan if needed.

Is this a religious or spiritual practice?

No specific religion is required to benefit from energy healing. The practices are based on universal energy principles and work with your body’s natural healing ability. People of all beliefs are welcome and respected.

What information do you need from me to start?

We usually need your full name, age, location, and a short description of the issue you’d like to address. For child or pet sessions, please share their name, age, and relationship to you.

What will I feel during or after a remote healing session?

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Others may not feel anything during the session but notice emotional or physical shifts in the hours or days that follow. Subtle changes in mood, clarity, or physical ease are common signs of healing in progress.

Can I do other things while the remote session is happening?

Yes. Most remote sessions are done silently, and you don’t need to be present unless a live call is scheduled. You’re free to rest, meditate, or go about your day while the session takes place. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed summary of what was found and released.

Are your healing methods safe for children, pets, or pregnant women?

Yes! These healing methods are completely safe, non-invasive, and gentle. I offer specialized sessions for children, pets, and even pregnant women to address emotional distress, behavioral issues, or energetic imbalances.

Can energy healing help if I’ve already tried therapy or medication?

Yes, energy healing often works beautifully alongside traditional therapy and medical care. It targets the energetic root causes behind physical symptoms or emotional blocks that other methods may not address. Always consult your doctor before changing any prescribed treatment plan.

Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

Not at all. Belief can help you stay open to results, but it’s not required. The healing process works with your body’s energy field and subconscious, whether you fully understand it or not. Many skeptical clients have experienced amazing shifts.

What if I don’t see results after one session?

How do I book a session and what happens afterward?

Are your sessions confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is respected 100%. All information shared or discovered during sessions is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with anyone without your consent.
